What do we do?

Office Equipment Research collects information from end user companies regarding their copier and fax equipment purchase cycles.  We do not collect brand or servicing vendor data.  We never sell any personal information collected to deliver the "lunch on us" gift cards or the Visa® gift cards.  Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Who hires us?

We are hired by our clients to gauge copier, fax and printer equipment market potential nationally as well as for specific marketplaces (metropolitan areas or large cities).

Why do we offer the $7 and $15 "lunch on us" gift cards as well as the quarterly $250 Visa® gift card drawing?

We know that everyone within most businesses today have their time stretched pretty thin.  The "lunch on us" gift cards from either Chili's®, Starbucks® or Subway® are a “thank you” for your time and assistance with collecting the information we need.

The quarterly $250 Visa® gift card raffle was created to give you even more incentive to provide us with the equipment acquisition information we need.  Since the information you provide allows us to help our clients, we decided to give one of you, selected at random from the data received, an even bigger “thank you” every quarter.
